Florian Amon links consultancy, especially in international cooperation, and the educational sector. He finished High School Teacher Training and a Master in English Literature and Sociology. He worked in longitudinal educational research, the Bologna reform in teacher training, and as intercultural trainer and workshop facilitator for various European NGOs.

As Young Professional in GIZ GmbH he specialized in education sector development. He continued to work for organizations such as UNICEF and the Aga-Khan-Foundation. As associated consultant with SIRIS Academic, Florian supported networking and project acquisition in Central Asia during the last year. Projects include the creation of a regional Knowledge Hub for Natural Resource Management, and the implementation e-Learning for professional development in the health sector.
