re:publica 2016

Short thesis:

All today’s crises are related directly or indirectly to the way we eat, at the same time that art reflects and criticizes our Zeitgeist. How can food and art change this scenario?

Description:

In this session, Tainá Guedes, founder of Entretempo Kitchen Gallery and Berlin Food Art Week, talks about her artist practices and how she connects food and art to create sustainable communities, as well of using her skills as a chef to foster conversations about important social issues like sustainability and food waste.
