For the past six years, Regina has been responsible for setting up the ITU Telecom Young Innovators Competition, the United Nation's first global co-creation and crowdsourcing platform for young social entrepreneurs using the power of connected technologies to solve developmental issues and improve the lives of their communities. She also built an accelerator and incubator program that allows the winners of the competition benefit from business knowledge, mentorship, visibility and networking opportunities. 

She has worked with partners from private and public sector and academia from all over the world and is an entrepreneur herself.
