Jessica Berlin is founder of CoStruct, a company helping scale tech solutions across emerging markets.

A foreign policy and international development expert turned entrepreneur, Jessica's passion for advancing business solutions to sustainably address development challenges stems from her prior work with public, private, academic, and nonprofit organizations in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America. From China to Lebanon to Rwanda and Afghanistan, she was inspired by the determination and creativity of students, engineers, and small business owners developing solutions to everyday problems facing their communities.

Based in Berlin and Yangon, Jessica founded CoStruct to help successful tech companies from emerging markets to localize and scale their solutions into less developed markets in partnership with local entrepreneurs and through public-private partnerships (PPPs). She holds an MSc in Political Economy of Emerging Markets (King’s College London) and a BA in International Relations (Tufts University).
