Cecile joined Open Knowledge in 2015 and is coordinating the OpenSpending project, alongside with other open budget data initiatives, Fiscal Transparency and projects related to Open Government and Participative Democracy in Europe and the Global South. 

Cecile has a professional background in project management for a data analysis SaaS software as well as several years serving as Policy Officer for University and Scientific Cooperation at the French Embassy in Athens, Greece.
