Lena Schiller Clausen, born in 1980, is an entrepreneur, speaker and author, focusing on the digital transformation of our economy and society and the future of work. As a co-founder and former CEO of the well-known startup-hub betahaus Hamburg, she has been creating an infrastructure for the transformation of work, consulting both startups and corporations for several years. Building bridges between those different eco-systems, she enables large corporations to manage their innovation- , digitalization and intrapreneurship-projects.

In her first book “New Business Order” (Hanser, 2014) she discusses the question, how startups change society and economy. Her current research on the meaning of „Third Places“ as well as the Share Economy will soon be published in her next book. She lives and works in Berlin.
