Inken Kolthoff has a passion for international cooperation - online and offline. For WECHANGE e.G. and netzwerk n e.V. she trains and connects eco-social activists and NGOs in Eastern Europe. With this aim, she organises and holds seminars on online project management in Ukraine, Russia, Moldova and Georgia.

Previously, she worked in different fields, including journalism, economy and education, looking for the best way to adress social and environmental challenges. She studied literature, languages and history in Tübingen, Pisa and Moscow.
